Q. If I Upgrade will my personal information be safe?

A. No Credit Card details are held by LoveMyTV.com and all online financial transactions are carried out through WorldPay our payment partner who uses fully encrypted secure links. WorldPay is a subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland. If you prefer not to send your Credit Card details over the internet you can send payment by cheque or postal order using our postal subscription form.

 

Q. Why can't I access some functions on the site?

A. Certain functions on LoveMyTV.com use pop-ups to display the information. Many web-browsers now include pop-up blockers as standard so you will need to set your browser to accept pop-ups for LoveMyTV.com. We will not use pop-ups for advertising or marketing purposes.

 

Q. How do I send myself a Reminder?

A. Click on a programme title for full programme details which will appear in a pop-up (see question above regarding pop-ups). You can then simply click the Remind Me button to set up your reminder.

 

Q. Why does LoveMyTV list channels I can't receive?

A. LoveMyTV is designed to list all programmes across all channels that match the target. This way you will be able to make informed decisions about which platform provider and which package of channels will enable you to get the most from your TV.

 

Q. Why does LoveMyTV list +1 timeshift channels?

A. LoveMyTV is designed to maximise viewing options by making the best use of all programming. For example, if you return home at 9.30pm and want to watch Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, the 10pm listing on LivingTV +1 will be relevant; effectively the 9pm listing will not have been relevant. Alternatively there may be a clash between two programmes you really want to watch and a +1 service may mean you don't have to miss one.

 

Q. Why doesn't LoveMyTV list Video + codes?

A. The copyright holders do not currently sub-license Video + for use by electronic listings guides.

 

Q. How do I update my Credit Card details before my next subscription is due?

A. You will need to go to the WorldPay site www.worldpay.co.uk to do this. Login with the Username and password you will have been sent by WorldPay when you Upgraded. Then in Customer FuturePay Agreements select Change Details and at the bottom of the Change Details page you will see an option to Change Card.

Q. How do I stop WorldPay automatically renewing my subscriptions?

A. This facility is called FuturePay and it is very easy to cancel. You will need to go to the WorldPay site www.worldpay.co.uk and Login with the Username and password you will have been sent by WorldPay when you Upgraded. Then in Customer FuturePay Agreements select Change Details and under the Information section you will find the option to Cancel the agreement.

Please note : if your subscription is not renewed your membership will lapse to Standard Membership at the end of your current subscription period.
